AustinLoyal was founded on the principle of setting a new direction for care centre in modern urbanised Malaysia, starting in the heart of Johor Bahru. No effort was spared in creating a positive rehabilitating experience.

AustinLoyal has a clear vision to provide a dignified retirement environment with quality care programme for our deserving seniors. Much of our efforts will be centred around assisting elders and people in need to rehabilitate, focusing on signs of eventual recovery instead of vicious cycle of negativities.

With a clear vision in mind, AustinLoyal has deliberately distanced itself from conventional care centres with refreshing interior design that display minimal “hospital” and other “ward” like ambience.

AustinLoyal also pride itself with its highly visible urban location, always in an active mode of engaging and integrating with the public, this is in contrast to usual care centres’ location in some far off forgotten corners. We believe in having good proximity to the public institutions such as hospitals, schools and religious places of worship, and harnessing the positive power of volunteers.
